Shipping & Delivery

How It Works

Shipping is an ever changing issue, but at Carly & Company, we will do our utmost to give you the best shipping rates possible.  We ask that you take delivery at a secure location as we cannot refund or replace based on theft.

Return Policy

How We Do It

Carly & Company strives for 100% customer satisfaction.  Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of purchase for unused, unopened and resalable candles.  The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs.

Warranty Information

Our Policy

Remember, first of all, candle flames are FIRE and candle containers are BREAKABLE.  PLEASE BURN YOUR CANDLES RESPONSIBLY!  That being stated, our candles are hand poured, therefore slight variations are considered normal. Candles that arrive to you broken or damaged will be replaced with the same or similar candle upon Carly & Company receiving photographs of the damaged candle and packaging within 5 days of delivery.  Though we use the maximum allowed fragrance to wax ratio, we do not guarantee burn time or fragrance throw due to the many variables out of our control, such as air movement and room size.  We do value you as a customer and welcome your feedback.  We will work to take care of any issues you might have!
